As the result, the quality of circulars and official dispatches have a significant influence on business operations, as well as the favourability of Vietnam's business and investment environment.
With the support of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in the AustraliaVietnam Economic Reform Program (the Aus4Reform Program), the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has prepared this report on the topic of “The Quality of Circulars and Official Dispatches on the Effectiveness of Institutional Reform”.
