Aus4Reform supports the goal of an additional 1 million private enterprises in Vietnam

The 6.5 million AUD Aus4Reform program by Australia Government will support Vietnam government to achieve the goal improve business environment and bring Vietnam closer to the market economy.

The 6.5 million AUD Aus4Reform program by Australia Government will support Vietnam government to achieve the goal improve business environment and bring Vietnam closer to the market economy.

 

The program "Australia supports Vietnam's economic reform" is discussing the contents to help improve the business environment in the coming time

Specific plans will be implemented to monitor the implementation of the Resolution No.19 of the Government on solutions to improve the business environment, enhance national competitiveness; Quarterly reports put pressure on the implementation of the objectives of this resolution. Along with that, the content of Resolution 19 of 2019 will be studied and prepared.

"We are considering a proposal that could improve the business environment to take advantage of the 4.0 opportunity or boost digital economy, review and assess current regulations" said Nguyen Dinh Cung, Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), director of the Aus4Reform program.

This program will also monitor and evaluate the results of economic restructuring; Report to the National Steering Committee on economic restructuring, research, report, proposal for contribution to the congress document XIII, for the reform plan and strategy 2021-2030.

This Australian support program is expected to help Vietnam achieve an additional 1 million registered new businesses by 2020, increasing the proportion of women-led businesses and boosting employment growth in the private sector.

Aus4Reform brings together Vietnam's leading expert groups and government agencies responsible for economic policy planning and implementation, including the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM); Competition Administration Department; Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development; Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry; The Central Economic Commission and the Economic Commission of the National Assembly.
